Get ready, Australia! Metal giants Metallica are heading Down Under as part of their highly anticipated M72 world tour, marking their first Aussie shows in over a decade!
Known for iconic tracks like “Master of Puppets” and “Enter Sandman,” the legendary band is set to rock five cities: Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney this November 2025.
And they’re not coming alone, they’re bringing Evanescence, famous for their hits “Bring Me To Life” and “Going Under,” as well as the legendary Suicidal Tendencies, known for the classic “Institutionalized.”
This tour will be a historic return for Metallica, hitting Aussie shores for the first time since the 2013 Soundwave festival, where they shared the stage with Linkin Park and Blink-182. After a cancelled stadium tour in 2020 and James Hetfield’s rehab journey, fans are more than ready for this comeback!
The Aussie tour will kick off at Perth’s Optus Stadium on November 1, followed by Adelaide Oval on November 5, Marvel Stadium in Melbourne on November 8, Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on November 12, and Accor Stadium in Sydney on November 15.
Plus, they’ll wrap up in style at Eden Park in Auckland on November 19!
