Barmera-Monash have returned to the winners list in Riverland football, however had to work hard for the points against a determined Waikerie side.
Waikerie held a small lead at every change, however the Roos fitness in the final quarter was evident and once in front held off Waikerie to run out 12 point winners.

Loxton bounced back after last week’s loss with a win over Loxton North.
A close first half showed some promise for the Panthers, however the second half belonged to the Tigers who were eventual 41 point winners.
While at Berri it was a game to remember for the visiting Renmark Rovers.
The Rovers handed the Demons their largest defeat for the season at the same time celebrated Club Icon Trevor Thorpe’s 300th game.
Scores read Renmark 22.14-146 to Berri 6.6-42 at the final siren.
