In round 11 of the RFL things have begun to heat up in the run home to the finals.

In the Saturday A grade matches, the Tigers hosted the Rovers at Loxton Oval, the Rovers taking home a 16.12-108 win over the Tigers 8.11-59. Barmera took on Waikerie, the Pies securing a 51 point win over the Roos, persisting with their undefeated streak in the RFL this season. Berri hosted Loxton North at the RFL headquarters. The Demons came out hard in the first quarter but, not quite able to follow through for the rest of the match, saw a 147 point loss to the Panthers.

The ladder still currently sees Waikerie sitting on top, Loxton North in 2nd position, Barmera Monash and Renmark following closely behind in a tight 3rd and 4th positions respectively.

Meanwhile, netball, hockey and soccer will return this coming weekend after a week off for the school holidays.

The Renmark A1 netball team remains undefeated, while the A grade mens soccer looks as if to come down to Renmark and Barmera in the grand final set for next month. In the womens open soccer competition, Barmera sits on top of the ladder. In A grade mens hockey, Loxton has claimed the top spot, and in the womens A grade competition, Renmark has secured the lead position.
